This statement describes what this website collects today — nothing more. When retention or email settings change, this page will be updated to match.
What we collect
Three application forms are available on this site: sponsor, vendor, and volunteer. Depending on the form, you may provide organization or business details, contact name, email, phone, website, sponsorship tier preference, vendor type and offering description, space or power needs, volunteer availability and preferred areas, and optional comments. File uploads are not collected through these forms; if you email logos or documents separately, that correspondence is outside this website’s forms.
How we use it
We use application details only to review and respond to your request to participate in the festival. Submitting a form is an application, not a guarantee of acceptance. We do not sell this information.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie named NEXT_LOCALE to remember which language — English or Serbian — to show you. It is set automatically on your first visit, chosen from your browser’s language settings, and updated whenever you pick a different language in the language switcher; an explicit choice then takes priority over your browser settings on later visits. It lasts about one year, and is not used for advertising or analytics. You can clear it through your browser settings.
Third parties and delivery
Application data is processed on the servers that host this website. Email notification to organizers is used only when an organizer-approved email service and destination address are configured. Until that is set up, submissions are only written to the hosting environment’s server logs — a technical record, not an organizer-accessible inbox or dashboard — so organizers cannot yet review applications submitted through this site. We do not currently use advertising networks, analytics products, or on-site file-storage uploads. Hosting infrastructure is provided by a third-party web host.
How long we keep it
Retention length for application data is still being finalized with the organizers. Until a specific policy is published here, applications are kept only as needed to run the festival application process.
